Plot

After taking up the mantle of Captain America, Sam Wilson finds himself at the center of an international crisis following a meeting with newly elected U.S. President Thaddeus Ross. As global tensions rise and a dangerous conspiracy begins to unfold, Sam must uncover the mastermind behind a looming worldwide threat. Racing against time, he must discover the reason behind a nefarious global plot before the true mastermind has the entire world seeing red. He faces powerful enemies and political pressure while proving what it truly means to be Captain America in a changing world.
