By using Kitazo you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.
Kitazo lets you keep track of films and TV series, rate them, organise them and share activity with other people. The service is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for what happens on your account. You must give truthful information and be at least 13 years old.
Kitazo has zero tolerance for offensive, illegal or inappropriate content and for harassing or abusive behaviour. You may not use Kitazo for unlawful activity, to harass other people, to post content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene or hateful or that infringes anyone's rights, or to attempt to compromise its security.
You can report any inappropriate content or account from inside the app, and block abusive users. We review reports and remove content that breaks these terms and remove the accounts responsible, normally within 24 hours. By continuing to use Kitazo you accept these conditions.
What you write stays yours — reviews, ratings, favourites. You give us permission to show it in the app according to your settings, and to show an anonymised excerpt of comments left on a title on that title's public page. Film and series metadata and artwork come from TheTVDB and belong to their respective owners.
To the extent permitted by law, Kitazo is not liable for damages arising from using or being unable to use the service, or for loss of data.
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may change or discontinue the service, with notice where reasonably possible.
We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
